Approximately 12 inches below your feet resides an energy centre known as the Earth Crust Chakra. This ball of amber coloured energy helps you to connect with the Earth ensuring you are grounded and anchored in the world you inhabit.
When feeling disconnected or ungrounded, it can help to see roots travelling from this energy centre deep down into the Earth itself. As you do so, the Earth Crust Chakra can help keep you grounded and aligned with your physical body during meditation and other spiritual practices.
