At the sole of the foot resides an energy centre known as the Feet Chakras. They appear as either little tornadoes of energy or spheres of brown coloured energy that resonate with the concept of stability and sure footedness.
When feeling unsteady or unsure of your path, these energy centres begin to hum or spin in order to either propel you forward on your journey or to slow you down. As these are in-between the Earth Crust Chakra (Grounding) and the Base Chakra (Survival), the Feet Chakras harmonise with these energy centres to keep you safe and grounded on your journey.
